INTER-RELATIONAL

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

The workplace commonly brings together people with different thinking and behavioural preferences, and when different ways of thinking and behaving meet under pressure, conflicts among co-workers may result, causing a fall in productivity.

This workshop taps on the principles of Inter-Relational Intelligence (IrQ), which builds on the scientific research behind Emergenetics®. It equips individuals with tools that can be put to use when working with people who think and behave differently.

  • Understanding the Types of People
  • Fundamentals of Inter-Relational Conflict Management
