It’s always easier to work with co-workers who think and behave alike, however, most of the time, the workplace brings together people who prefer to think and behave differently.

 

Inter-Relational People Management is designed based on the principles of Inter-Relational Intelligence, which builds on the science of Emergenetics® and highlights strategies to manage people so that you may be equipped with tools to establish and nurture, empowering work relationships with others who think and behave differently.

 

The workshop includes:

  • An explanation of the Science of Emergenetics®
  • Understanding the Types of People
  • Fundamentals of Inter-Relational People Management
  • The Matrix Approach to Managing People
  • Personal Reflection & Evaluation

 

Gain an insight into the possible variety of people that you may meet at work: The Rigids, The Skeptics, The Feelers, The Dreamers, The Performers, The Silents, The Peacekeepers, The Tellers, The Reeds, The Stiffs, etc, and what strategies and tools to employ should conflicts arise between these different types of people.

Methodology

Experiential learning that allows participants to acquire skills through a good mix of classroom delivery, hands-on activities and personal reflection.
