| Andy is a Principal Trainer and Lead Facilitator of Right Impact Training. Being a dynamic and eloquent corporate trainer, Andy has been designing and delivering corporate training programs for several years. His key competencies are in corporate teambuilding, communication skills, conflict management, personal development and public speaking. Andy has conducted more than 400 corporate learning programmes with major clients from a myriad of industries in both government and private sectors such as Electronic Arts, DSTA, YUM! Brands, National Youth Council, Transitlink, National University of Singapore, DBS and Singtel. Academically, Andy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) (Full), as awarded by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) of Singapore. Andy is a fully qualified and accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and Extended DISC. Andy is also a certified Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) Practitioner and he uses proven NLP techniques primarily in the domain of personal development and coaching. |

| Shan K is a highly motivated individual with strong passion for the great outdoors and experiential learning. His exposure in the field of learning and development has been for nine years. He is the currently the principle trainer at Right Impact Training and over the years he has conducted over 500 programmes for clients from SMEs, MNCs, Government bodies and Non-Profit Organisations and in countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam and China. He is a also a certified behavioural consultant training in profiling tools like DISC and Emergenetics. As a trained facilitator, his vision is to assist people in discovering their full potential and be successful in their personal and professional life. | Terence is a Principal Trainer and Lead Facilitator of Right Impact Training. As a dynamic, creative and quality-oriented professional, he is constantly exploring opportunities that provide continuous challenge and professional growth for him as well as the people he engages. Terence has been designing and delivering team development and corporate learning programmes over the last 6 years. These programmes comprise of both indoor and outdoor-based experiential learning activities which allow him to exercise his key competencies that include Team Development, Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Innovation and Change Management. Terence has worked with numerous companies and clients from various industries in Singapore and in the Region. These include, Citibank, DBS, HSBC, UBS, P & G, Unilever, SingTel, Singapore Power, Ministry of Education (Singapore) and the Ministry of Finance (Singapore) Academically, Terence holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. | Jackson is a vivacious trainer with creativity for developing specialised programmes that are unique to establishing sporting excellence. With an inquisitive mind and judicious sense of interpersonal skills, Jackson graduated from Singapore Management University with Merit in Economics and Actuarial Science. As a fully certified Emergenetics trainer and Fitness Instructor, Jackson developed a vanguard sports-based Emergenetics programme that has given a whole new angle to efficacy in sports training and coaching. | Dave is an energetic Trainer and Coach who specialises in programmes involving the great outdoors, including Sea Sport Instruction, Physical Training and Athletic Performance Coaching. Dave has led numerous Outdoor Adventure Programme as well as overseas training trips for schools and corporate organisations alike. An avid sportsman, Dave enjoys endurance sports and is no stranger to marathons, triathlons and iron-man races. He believes that his training in endurance sports gives him the preparation he needs to leave a healthy and positive lifestyle. |
| Alvin Peh (Assistant Trainer, Right Impact Training) |
| Alvin has been serving his community for as long as he can remember. The largest project that he has taken part in was WORLDview Youth Conference series. Alvin started volunteering as a facilitator in 2007 and was invited to be the chairman for the event in 2008. Also a recent addition to the team, Alvin is an avid learner. He is eager to explore the different avenues in training and enjoys sharing his experiences with others and learning from them. Alvin practices Kendo in his free time and feels that the sport nurtures him as a fighter for life. |

| Sarah is a Trainer and Coach, specializing in career transition, communication skills and cross-cultural management. She coaches and conducts workshops for numerous MNC clients. Having lived and worked in 5 different countries across Asia over the past 18 years, Sarah is particularly astute in cross-cultural issues and brings with her a rich experience in managing workplace diversity. Her people development work in the region ranges from training young professionals in India and teaching Myanmar village students, to counselling prisoners in Thailand. She chaired and served in various Non-Government Organizations including Women of ASEAN Association, Red Cross and YWCA. Sarah holds a degree in Science (Statistics and Operation Research) from the University of Melbourne and a diploma in Counselling Psychology. She is a Certified Trainer in Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. She holds an Executive Coaching Accreditation. Having started out as a Project Manager in the National Parks Board before embarking on the training journey in the Civil Service College as a Management Training Officer, she has also accumulated valuable years of training experience as a Senior Lecturer in the National Community Leadership Institute where she has conducted more than 300 workshops for over 5000 participants. | Raymond was serving in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) for 25 years before venturing into full-time training consultancy. Some of the significant appointments he held include Battalion Commander, Brigade Operations Officer, Staff Officer in MINDEF, Wing Commander and Deputy Commander of the Air Force School (AFS). His vast experience with the RSAF covers the areas of operations, training, human resource planning and management, budget control and strategic planning. These experiences have set the foundation for him to becoming an active, experienced and professional trainer, consultant and executive coach. |

Sau Bing is an Associate Consultant with Right Impact Training and he brings with him a wealth of training experience and skills acquired from his work with both public and private sector engagements for more than a decade. Prior to doing professional training for corporate and public organisations, Sau Bing was a senior educator and later a head of department during his stint with several education institutions. He honed his entrepreneurial skills subsequently for almost a decade with a top independent financial advisory firm, distinguishing his sales and advisory career by being consistently among the top 10% practitioners in the organization.
A Brian Tracy-certified trainer, Sau Bing has conducted over a hundred programmes with focused themes such as leadership, managing change, invigorating sales teams and empowering organisations to make breakthroughs. Participant profiles range across different management levels as well as from wide ranging industries such as finance/insurance, manufacturing, hospitality as well as the public sector. His repeat clients include blue-chip and established companies and chief among them, a top local insurer that has engaged him for the last eight years to do their regular 2-day kick-off training programme for its promising top performers. Sau Bing’s key forte is his well-known ability to make learning alive and deep by infusing meaningful and thought-provoking experiential activities during training (he holds a Professional Certificate in Experiential Learning, STADA) and holding his audience (be it in a class or seminar or at a outdoor setting) captive with his wit & good humour.
