Developed by Right Impact Training, and conducted exclusively at the SAFRA Adventure and Sports Centre in Singapore, REAP is the first self-discovery programme in the world to combine Emergenetics® with adventure.

Adventure provides the opportunity to connect intellectual and physical stimuli with emotional learning, allowing learners to have a longer retention of their learning. With REAP, participants will also better appreciate their own unique thinking and behavioural preferences as they experience them practically.
